He believes in a hands-on proactive approach to all his projects.  He takes the beginning ideas with a collaborative client and goes through the design process all the way to the project's implementation.  He manages the big-picture objectives, while making sure the smallest details get completed correctly in a timely manner, within budget, while meeting or exceeding a client's expectations.
